Japanese Koucha - Black Tea, Loose Leaf 50g
Koucha (紅茶) means “Red Tea” in Japanese. It is because Black tea becomes red colour when brewed in soft water as most parts of Japan has soft water.
Japanese Koucha doesn’t have much bitterness as Assam type tea tree
which is used for most of black tea.
Our Koucha has mild flavor and hint of sweetness.
Recommended brewing instructions for 250ml:
Temperature: 100°C
Brewing time: 1 - 2 min
Amount: 3 grams (1 tea spoon)
We recommend to drink without milk.
